1. Services
VCF Sewer & Drain provides sewer, drain, and flood control services to residential and commercial clients in the Cook County and DuPage areas of Illinois.
All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe conditions or noncompliance with our service guidelines.

2. Estimates and Appointments
We offer free estimates upon request. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee service until confirmed by our team. We will do our best to honor requested times, but they may be subject to change.

3.Pricing and Payment
All pricing is discussed and agreed upon before service is performed, Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, check or electronic payments. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.. Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Warranties and Liability 
We stand by the quality of our work. If you experience an issue after a completed service, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

VCF Sewer & Drain is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to your plumbing or property

• Issues caused by misuse or neglect after service

Delays due to weather, emergencies, or conditions beyond our control
